Our customer service representatives are fully dedicated to ensuring your needs are met to the highest standard. Durcon representatives are specially trained to assist in all aspects of your project. Customer service representatives are available by phone or email Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM CST, with the exception of national holidays.

eProject Manager

Durcon eProject Manager is an online order management and tracking tool available to all Durcon customers free of charge. eProject Manager provides remote access to job information twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. With Durcon eProject Manager, you are able to:

  • View current lead times
  • Track order status
  • Track shipped orders
  • Get freight quotes
  • Order samples
  • Upload documents
  • Download the bill of lading
  • Download packing lists
  • Access frequently needed documents
